Conditions of carriage

These conditions govern every ticket issued by Adios Airlines. By travelling, the passenger accepts them in full, including the parts that follow.

Article 1 — Ticketing

  1. 1.A ticket is issued to a name. It is not issued to a person, and we do not undertake to confirm that these are the same.
  2. 2.All fares are one way. Adios Airlines does not sell return travel and has no facility to do so.
  3. 3.Fares are non-refundable. This includes departures that do not occur.
  4. 4.Flight VI001 operates on the date shown and at the time shown. Where these differ, the date governs.

Article 2 — Check-in and Boarding

  1. 1.Passengers should present themselves at the gate no later than thirty minutes before departure, and no earlier than is necessary to be remembered.
  2. 2.Identification is requested but not examined.
  3. 3.Boarding closes when the door closes. The door closes when the crew is satisfied.
  4. 4.A passenger who is not aboard is not carried. No further notification is given.

Article 3 — Baggage

  1. 1.Baggage is weighed. Baggage is not opened.
  2. 2.Adios Airlines accepts no liability for the loss, delay, damage, seizure, or lawful forfeiture of checked baggage.
  3. 3.Items prohibited at the destination remain the responsibility of the passenger carrying them.
  4. 4.Unclaimed baggage is held for seven days and then becomes the property of whoever is holding it.

Article 4 — Conduct

  1. 1.Passengers shall not interfere with the crew, the aircraft, or one another.
  2. 2.Conversation between passengers is permitted but discouraged.
  3. 3.The crew may decline to carry any passenger, at any point, including after departure.

Article 5 — Liability

  1. 1.Carriage is at the passenger’s own risk in all respects and in every jurisdiction.
  2. 2.Our liability is limited to the fare paid, less applicable fees, which in most cases produces a figure of zero.
  3. 3.Adios Airlines accepts no liability for events occurring on the ground, in the air, or below the waterline.
  4. 4.Nothing in these conditions creates an obligation on the part of Adios Airlines to operate an aircraft.

Article 6 — Amendment

  1. 1.These conditions may be amended at any time without notice, including retrospectively.
  2. 2.The version in force is the version displayed at the time of any dispute.
