The sun and fun capital of America, and the last place anyone will think to look for you. Flight VI001 departs Los Santos in the afternoon and lands at Vice City International at midnight, which is the most flattering hour to arrive and the least convenient one to be met.
Ocean Beach, Little Cuba, the Tisha-Wocka flea market, the port. Whatever you came for is within forty minutes of the terminal, and so is whatever came for you.
